These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoSiftly tool and related materials (“Services”), owned and operated by H Star Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using GoSiftly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GoSiftly for your own internal business or personal purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, or publicly share GoSiftly, in whole or in part, without our express written consent.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of GoSiftly

Sell, resell, share, or distribute GoSiftly or its components (scripts, layout, branding)

Claim authorship or misrepresent your relationship with GoSiftly

Use GoSiftly in a manner that infringes on our rights or the rights of others

Use GoSiftly for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive purpose

Circumvent or remove branding, attribution, or any embedded ownership indicators

Any violation of the above may result in immediate revocation of access, and may trigger civil and/or criminal legal action.

3. Intellectual Property

GoSiftly, including all content, branding, features, source code, structure, appearance, and documentation, is the intellectual property of H Star Solutions LLC and protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. No rights or ownership are transferred through the use of the Services.

You may not use the GoSiftly name, logo, or design elements without prior written approval.

4. Data Privacy

GoSiftly does not store or transmit your data externally. All processing occurs within your own Google Sheets environment. However, you are solely responsible for the data you import into the tool. Use of the tool does not guarantee compliance with any legal or regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

5. Disclaimers

GoSiftly is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

We are not responsible for:

Loss or corruption of data

Downtime or tool malfunctions

User errors or improper usage

Compatibility with third-party systems or software

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H Star Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use GoSiftly.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to GoSiftly at any time if these Terms are violated. This includes, but is not limited to, abuse of the system, redistribution of the product, misuse of licensing, or intellectual property violations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of GoSiftly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Genesee County, Michigan.
