Then install the add-on to your Google account.
2. Open a New Google Sheet
GoSiftly appears inside the Extensions menu of any sheet you open.
3. Create Your Workspace
Click Extensions → GoSiftly → Create Workspace.
This builds your full GoSiftly workspace (Start Here, Instructions, Old List, New List, Results, and all system tabs).

How do I install GoSiftly?
After you purchase a license, you’ll receive a link to install GoSiftly from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Once installed, open any Google Sheet, click Extensions → GoSiftly → Create Workspace, then activate your license using Extensions → GoSiftly → Activate Pro License.
Do I install GoSiftly before or after I buy a license?
You can do it in either order, but most users install it first.
The Marketplace handles the installation, and our website provides your license key to unlock your tier.
Where do I enter my license key?
Inside Google Sheets:
Extensions → GoSiftly → Activate Pro License → Paste Key
Will my data stay private?
Yes, your data is always private. Everything runs inside your own Google account. We never see your lists, and you control who has access.
What happens if my new list is bigger than the old one?
That’s completely fine. GoSiftly compares each record in your new list against the old list or past imports to check for duplicates. The number of records in either list doesn’t affect performance.
Can I use this if I’m not good with spreadsheets?

Do I need to press a button to run the tool?
No button needed, the magic happens automatically. Import your lists into the right tabs, and the Results update instantly. For a deeper scan, just click “Import Detective.” That’s it!
